Youth Department
The Youth Department consists of youth grades 7 through 12. The youth are a growing group of young people that love the Lord. The Youth Department is located in the north half of the northeast educational building. The youth meet for Sunday School at 9:30 AM and for Bible Study at 5:00 PM. On Wednesday evenings, the youth also conduct their own worship service called "jc's" which stands for jESUS cONNECTION.
Throughout the year, the youth stay busy doing various activities. On the first Thursday of every month, they meet together as an ECHO group and share in Bible study, prayer and fellowship. Each summer, the youth attend camp at Falls Creek Baptist Assembly in Davis, Oklahoma. They also attend the Youth Evangelism Conference in Norman, Oklahoma.
Once a month, the Youth have an "After Church To Somewhere" (A.C.T.S.) following the Sunday evening service. They might stay at church to play basketball or go somewhere to eat dinner as a group. The Youth have many other rallies, functions and fellowships during the year.
