Music Programs
Worship Choir:
The Worship Choir is a group of adults who sense that God has called them to minister through music as worship leaders. The choir is an integral part of the praise and worship. The choir also presents special musical arrangements throughout the year at Easter, Fourth of July and Christmas. Our rehearsals are scheduled each Sunday at 5:00 PM in the choir loft of the worship center. Special rehearsals are scheduled in preparation for special programs.
Children's Choir:
Children from four years of age through sixth grade are invited to participate in our Children's Choir. This is a unique time of learning about God through music. The Children's Choir meets each Wednesday at 6:00 PM. The younger group (4 years-Second Grade) meets in the Children's Department during the school year, while our older group (Third-Sixth Grades) meets in the Children's Church area. Our children's choirs are under the direction of Don and Kellie Williamson and Dolores Mendoza.
Youth Choir:
Another of our musical outreaches is the Youth Choir. The Youth Choir consists of young men and women from sixth grade through High School. They practice each Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM in the choir loft of the worship center. The Youth Choir gives an avenue for teenagers to become more involved in active ministry through the worship service. The Youth Choir is under the direction of Rita Beisel, assisted by Laquita Johnson.

The Youth Department is located in the north half of the northeast educational building. The youth meet for Sunday School at 9:30 AM and for Bible Study at 5:00 PM. On Wednesday evenings, the youth also conduct their own worship service called "jc's" which stands for jESUS cONNECTION.
Throughout the year, the youth stay busy doing various activities. Each summer, the youth attend camp at Falls Creek Baptist Assembly in Davis, Oklahoma. They also attend the Youth Evangelism Conference in Norman, Oklahoma. Twice a month, the Youth have an "After Church To Somewhere" (A.C.T.S.) after the Sunday evening service. They might stay at church to play basketball or go somewhere to eat dinner as a group. The Youth have many other rallies, functions and fellowships during the year.

Prayer Room Ministry
The Prayer Room Ministry is so important to our church! When you come to the Prayer Room it is for one purpose only--to pray for the needs of our people! You take time to look at each need and life that needs to the Lord. It's a quiet place where you can talk to God without any noise or distractions. You may choose the time that is best for you, when you can give yourself to the holy task of praying for others. You will be blessed!
We are praying that God will place a desire in your heart to become part of this urgent, biblical ministry. Men and women, young, old or in-between--consider this call!!! There is a place and a time for you in the Prayer Room Ministry.
Other Ministries to Serve In...
AWANA- (Wednesdays 6:30 - 8:00 PM) Provide activities and Bible memorization for our children during the school year.
Block Party-This year's Annual Block Party will be held September 25th. There is room for volunteers in all areas, as we seek to reach out to our neighborhood in an even greater way!
Intercessory Prayer- Immediate and on-going attention to the prayer needs of our community.
Nursery-Provides child care for most church activities.
Van Ministry- Provides transportation for our neighbors who could not otherwise attend our services.
Homebound Ministry-Visitation and prayer for our homebound members.
B.L.A.S.T.- (Tuesday's 3:00 - 5:00 PM) After school program for neighborhood children that will runs during the school year.
Missions- Continuing support to our brothers and sisters in Christ.
